The rules, including the unfinished ones.
A launchpad that asks creators to be open should be open about its own gaps. Lines marked in force are how the site works today. Lines marked open are decisions nobody has made yet.

decisions, each listed below. When one is made, this page changes first.
What every creator agrees to
These are how the site already behaves. A plan cannot be published without accepting them.
- in force
My wallet is shown
The wallet that signs the plan is printed on the coin page, the creator page and every note. There is no anonymous mode.
- in force
Same wallet on pump.fun
The coin is created on pump.fun from the wallet that signed the plan, or it cannot be linked.
- in force
Ticker matches the plan
The on-chain ticker must equal the plan's ticker. A different name is allowed but flagged on the coin page.
- in force
Plans stay up
A published plan cannot be edited or deleted by its creator. Abandoned plans stay visible as part of the wallet's record.
- in force
Notes stay up
Creator notes cannot be edited or deleted by the creator, carry no links and never ask anyone for keys or a seed phrase.
- in force
Creator buy said up front
Any buy the creator makes at launch is stated in SOL in the plan. Zero is a valid answer.
Fees and burns
Nothing here is final. The numbers live on the fee sheet and say TBD until decided.
- open
Launch fee amount
One flat amount for every wallet, or no launch fee at all.
- open
Split of trading fees
How a coin's trading fees divide between its creator, $NORKI buyback and burn, and the platform.
- open
Burn rule
How often buybacks run, which pool they buy from, and where the burned tokens go. Every burn would be a public transaction.
- open
Who enforces the split
In this build a creator's reward split is a public promise, not code. A fee contract that splits rewards on-chain is planned, not built.
Verification
A visible wallet is not the same as a known person. Badges are a concept until the rule is set.
- open
Optional or required
Whether creators must verify an identity to launch, or may choose to.
- open
What a badge means
Which checks earn a badge (for example a linked X account proven by a post), who performs them, and how a badge is removed.
- in force
No badge for money
A badge is never sold and never depends on how much $NORKI a wallet holds.
Anti-rug limits
What a creator can and cannot do after launch. pump.fun already fixes some of this on-chain; the rest is open.
- in force
Fixed supply, no freeze
pump.fun coins have a fixed supply and no mint or freeze authority after creation. The coin page reads both live, so a coin that has them would show it.
- in force
Creator holdings shown live
The share of supply the creator wallet holds is read from Solana on every coin page.
- open
Creator sell limits
Whether NORKI should flag, delay or refuse to list coins whose creator sells more than a set share within a set time.
- open
Delisting
When a coin is hidden from Explore (for example illegal content or impersonation), who decides, and how it is shown publicly.
Things NORKI will not do
Written down so they can be held against the site later.
- in force
No hidden creators
No ghost launches and no launches in NORKI's own name on behalf of someone else.
- in force
No early access
No paid preview, no allow-lists, no second door that sees coins first.
- in force
No secret features
No hidden routing, no disappearing messages, no rewards or rooms that only large holders know about.
- in force
No custody
NORKI never holds anyone's SOL or tokens in this build.
