How the open launchpad works.
The whole system explained without jargon. Start at the top or skip straight to a section.
What NORKI is
NORKI is a launchpad for Solana memecoins that starts from one rule: the person behind a coin is visible. A creator publishes a plan under their own wallet before the coin exists, the coin is made on pump.fun from that wallet, and the coin page ties the two together with facts read from the chain.
In this build NORKI has no smart contract and holds no funds. It keeps public records that wallets sign, and it reads Solana. That is deliberate: a site that asks creators to be accountable should not ask anyone to trust a contract nobody has reviewed.
Launch plans
A plan is a small public record with these fields:
- Coin name (2 to 32 characters) and ticker (2 to 10 capital letters or numbers).
- An optional one-paragraph description and optional X, Telegram and website links.
- A card color. The card face is drawn from the coin's initials; there are no uploads.
- The reward pledge (see below) and the SOL the creator plans to buy at launch.
- The version of the draft rules the creator accepted.
Once signed, a plan cannot be edited or deleted by its creator. A wallet can publish up to three plans a day.
Linking a coin
After creating the coin on pump.fun, the creator pastes its mint address and signs once more. NORKI then reads the coin's bonding-curve account on Solana. The link is saved only if pump.fun recorded the same wallet as the creator and the on-chain ticker equals the plan's ticker. A different name is allowed but shown as a difference on the coin page.
At link time NORKI also looks up the coin's first transaction. If it came after the plan was signed, the coin page says the plan came first. If the coin has too much history to tell cheaply, it says so instead of guessing. One coin can be linked to one plan only.
Reward pledges
pump.fun pays a coin's creator a share of its trading fees. On NORKI the creator states in whole percents how that money will be used: kept, sent to buyback and burn of $NORKI once it is live, or spent on the community. The three must add up to 100%.
This is a promise, not code. Nothing in this build forces a creator to follow it. What it does is make the promise public and permanent, so buyers can compare it with what the creator reports in notes and with what the chain shows.
Creator notes
Notes are short updates (up to 280 characters) that only the coin's creator wallet can post on its page. Each note is signed. Notes carry no links, cannot ask about keys, cannot be edited and do not expire. Everyone reads the same notes; there are no holder-only layers.
Creator names
Any wallet can claim a free name, first come first served, on the creators page. The name always appears beside the wallet address. It is a label, not a verified identity. Verification badges are a concept that the owner has not decided yet.
Creator check
The creator check works for any pump.fun coin, listed here or not. Paste a mint and see the creator wallet pump.fun recorded, the share of supply it holds now, whether mint and freeze authority still exist, and the wallet's NORKI record.
What you sign
Every write is a message signature, never a transaction. The message names the site, the action in plain words, your wallet, a hash of the exact record, a one-time code and the time. It ends with a line saying it moves no funds. A signature is valid for ten minutes and only once.
If a wallet ever asks you to approve a transaction on NORKI, stop: the site never sends one.
Fees
NORKI charges nothing in this build. The proposed fee sheet is on the fees page, and every number on it says TBD until decided. pump.fun's own fees apply when you create or trade there.
What NORKI cannot tell you
- Whether a coin will go up. Most memecoins do not.
- Who a wallet belongs to in real life.
- Whether the creator holds more coins in other wallets.
- Whether a creator will keep their pledge. Only their notes and the chain can show that, after the fact.
Questions, answered plainly.
What is NORKI?
NORKI is an open token launchpad on Solana. A creator publishes a launch plan under their own wallet: the coin's name and ticker, links, and what they will do with their creator rewards. Buyers see that plan, the creator's wallet and the creator's earlier launches on one page before they decide anything.
How does NORKI work?
Three signed steps. The creator signs a message to publish a plan, creates the coin on pump.fun from the same wallet, then links the mint back to the plan. NORKI reads the pump.fun bonding curve on-chain and only accepts the link when the recorded creator is that same wallet and the ticker matches. After that the creator can post public notes on the coin page.
Does NORKI create coins or hold my funds?
No. In this build NORKI never creates, trades or holds anything. Coins are created on pump.fun from the creator's own wallet, and buyers trade on pump.fun or a DEX from their own wallets. NORKI stores public records signed by wallets and reads the chain.
How do I buy $NORKI?
$NORKI is not live yet. On launch day the contract address appears on the token page and in the site header, and nowhere else. You will need a Solana wallet such as Phantom, Solflare or Backpack, some SOL, and then the swap link on the token page. Always compare the address with the one on this site.
Which network is NORKI on?
Solana mainnet. Coins listed here are pump.fun coins on Solana, and $NORKI will be a Solana token too. There is no NORKI token on any other chain.
Is NORKI audited?
Not yet. There is no NORKI smart contract to audit in this build: the site runs on signed records and public chain reads, and its source is meant to be published in full. When the planned fee contract exists, it will be audited before it handles any money, and the report will be linked here.
What does a visible creator actually protect me from?
It removes one blind spot: you can see which wallet made the coin, what else that wallet launched, what share of the supply it holds right now, and whether it kept its published promises. It does not stop anyone from selling, and it is not a safety rating. Memecoins can still go to zero.
Are the fee numbers final?
No. Every number on the fee sheet is marked proposed and most are still "TBD". NORKI charges nothing today. When the numbers are decided they will be published on the fee sheet first, before any coin pays them.
Is there early access for holders or paid insiders?
No. Every plan, coin and note is public to everyone at the same moment. NORKI has no paid early access, no hidden rooms, no messages that delete themselves and no rewards that only large holders know about.
